Feeley was named to the AP Honorable Mention All-America Team as a senior in 1975. He helped the Yellow Jackets record a 69-18 mark during his four-year career. As a sophomore, he was named to the Mason-Dixon Conference All-Tournament Team. R-MC was state champion in 1973 and 1974, while participating in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional in 1974. During his junior campaign, Feeley was Honorable Mention All-VCAA and again selected to the Mason-Dixon All-Tournament Team. As a senior, Feeley was All-VCAA First Team, All-Mason-Dixon Second Team and All-State Second Team. The Yellow Jackets won the Mason-Dixon regular-season and tournament titles, with Feeley named MVP of the Mason-Dixon Tournament. R-MC played in the NCAA South Atlantic Regional and Feeley earned a spot on the All-Regional team. He helped the Yellow Jackets finish No. 13 in the final NCAA Division II national poll.

Feeley registered 1,284 career points, placing him 22nd on R-MC's career scoring list.

In 2016, Feeley was inducted into the Baltimore Catholic Hall of Fame for his play at Loyola-Blakefield High School. Feeley has remained a strong supporter of the R-MC basketball program.
