  • Beightol was a four-time All-ODAC selection in soccer and was recognized twice for basketball. She was VaSID All-State First Team three times as well as All-South Region First Team three times. In 1996, Beightol was named an All-American after being a Regional All-America selection in 1995. She helped the Yellow Jackets win ODAC titles in 1995 and 1996 and earn NCAA Tournament bids in both seasons. During her four-year career, R-MC went 62-18-5 overall and 30-1-3 in ODAC matches.
  • On the basketball court, Beightol was All-ODAC First Team and ODAC Rookie of the Year in 1996. She was also voted All-ODAC First Team as a senior in 1999, as well as All-State by the Virginia Sports Information Directors and by the Richmond Times-Dispatch. Beightol helped the Yellow Jackets win ODAC regular season crowns in 1996, 1998 and 1999 as well as an ODAC Tournament title in 1996. R-MC earned NCAA Tournament bids in 1996, 1998 and 1999, with a Sweet Sixteen appearance in 1996. The Yellow Jackets were 87-23 overall during her four-year career, including 69-11 in ODAC contests. She is seventh on R-MC's career scoring list at 14.3 points per game. Beightol won the Susan DeNagy Award in 1999 as the top female student-athlete at R-MC.
