  • Kenneth Holloway was a four-year letter winner in football and basketball, and also earned one letter in track and one letter in swimming. He was a halfback in football, a guard/forward in basketball, a sprint runner in track, and a diver in swimming.
  • Holloway was a co-captain on both the football and basketball teams. In 1948, he was the third-highest in points on the track team. He played semi-pro basketball for the Richmond Royals, and also played semi-pro baseball.
  • Professionally, Holloway went on to be a counselor and coach at Hermitage High School in Richmond, as well as Fairfax High School and McLean High School in northern Virginia. At Hermitage, Holloway was a backfield coach for the football team, and also the head coach of the basketball and baseball teams for four years. He went on to serve as backfield coach for the football team at Fairfax for one year. At McLean, Holloway was the head basketball coach and an assistant football coach.
  • Holloway and his wife, Jacquelyn, have four children: Colette, Terry, Melody, and Todd.
