Randolph-Macon College

Charlie played three years of football and was a co-captain as a senior. He was a running back and kick returner, earning Second Team All-Little Seven honors. Charlie played one year of basketball. He was a member of the track team for three years and was a two-time Captain. Charlie was Mason-Dixon Conference champion in the 100 yard dash, 200 yard dash and broad jump. Charlie was a teacher and coach at Newport News High School and Menchville High School for more than 30 years. Charlie is a member of multiple Halls of Fame.
