She was All-South Region First Team and All-State First Team all four years.

In 2006, Silva Schultz was named the Honda Division III Female Athlete of the Year.

Silva Schultz was the winner of the Jostens Trophy as the top player in the nation in Division III. She also earned the Susan B. de Nagy Award as the top female student-athlete at Randolph-Macon.

During her four-year career as a Yellow Jacket, Silva Schultz helped R-MC win three ODAC titles and earn three bids to the NCAA Tournament. The Yellow Jackets reached the NCAA Championship Game in 2005 and advanced to the Elite Eight in 2006.
