VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Randolph-Macon goalkeepers combined to register a dozen saves in a 4-0 loss to Goucher Monday afternoon at the USA National Training Center.

Freshman Ariel Salerno (Suffolk, Va./Lakeland) had seven saves in the first half in her first collegiate start for the Yellow Jackets (1-1).

Junior Kelsey Stanley (Bumpass, Va./Louisa County) secured five saves in the second half and allowed just one goal.

The Gophers (1-2) has 13 penalty corners, but scored on just one.

Randolph-Macon returns to action on Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 4 p.m. at home against St. Mary's.
