Yellow Jackets Take Games Off Generals, Fall Short in Home Match

ASHLAND, Va.  Randolph-Macon Women's Tennis took multiple games in two of its three double matches and at least one game in four of the six singles matches in its first home match of the spring.

Doubles
 
Meckenzie Letellier (Alexandria, Va./Bishop Ireton) and Victoria Updike (Richmond, Va./Trinity Episcopal School) headlined the doubles point, as they stole three games at second doubles. Catherine Mowry (Lynchburg, Va./Liberty Christian) and Camilla Thurman (Knoxville, Tenn./Knoxville Catholic) were not far behind, as they were able to take two games in their set at first doubles.

Singles
 
While Updike led her squad with three total games won in her match, both Mowry and Thurman were able to win two games a piece. Furthermore, Salomea Tchantouridze (Barre, Vt./U-32) also nabbed a game in her first set.
