ASHLAND, Va. - Head Coach
MK Geratowski and Randolph-Macon women's lacrosse have announced the hiring of
Caroline King as an assistant coach on staff.
"We are so excited to welcome Caroline into the RMC Women's Lacrosse family. Her familiarity with the conference and strong ties to some of our biggest recruiting areas make her an ideal candidate; her attitude and work ethic make her an easy hire," said Geratowski.
Caroline King joins the Yellow Jackets from her hometown of Winchester, Virginia, bringing a blend of collegiate athletic experience, coaching background and a strong academic foundation. She was a former member of the Shenandoah University women's lacrosse program from 2019 to 2023. She has developed an extensive coaching background across multiple levels of lacrosse. King has coached at Handley High School, Adder's Middle School and NEMS Lacrosse, where she planned practices, assisted with game strategy and worked directly with athletes through individual skill sessions. Her background includes experience in youth development, program organization and team leadership.
King was named to the Dean's List and the President's List every semester. She also earned IWLCA Academic Honors and was named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll throughout her four years at Shenandoah. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Criminology. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Digital Marketing at Shenandoah.
