ASHLAND, Va. – Randolph-Macon Women's Lacrosse had three players represented on the All-State recognition by VaSID for the 2026 season. Lilly Fowler (Phoenix, Md./Notre Dame Prep), Hailey Pierce (Mechanicsville, Va./Mechanicsville) and Gillian Gladden (Taneytown, Md./Francis Scott Key) were all named to the second team for attack, midfield and goalie.  

Fowler was selected to her first all-state team in her career at Randolph-Macon, following a stellar senior season. The Maryland native was lethal for the Yellow Jackets on the offensive end, leading the team in multiple statistical categories. She ended the season with 58 goals and 43 assists for 101 overall points. The 101 points were also the second most points in the region and third most all-time in Randolph-Macon women's lacrosse history. The senior started in all 19 games this season and the 43 assists helped her etch her name in Randolph-Macon women's lacrosse history, finishing third all-time with 129 assists. This accolade adds to her first team all-conference and first team all-region nods she received at the conclusion of the season.  

Pierce got the nod as an all-state player for the first time in her career. The Mechanicsville native ended the year with 16 goals, 5 assists for 21 points in the midfield for the Yellow Jackets. She also was a big contributor in controlling draws for the Lemon and Black, collecting 92 draws to go along with 17 caused turnovers. This accolade is added to her first team all-conference nod and second team all-region honor she received at the conclusion of the season.

  

Gladden concluded the list of honors for Randolph-Macon with a second team goalie mention. The senior turned in an impressive season for the Yellow Jackets that included being ranked in the top-five in the conference in average goals against (8.79), save percentage (.500) and saves per game (7.47). The Taneytown native was a key player in the team's success and boosted the Lemon and Black's defense into the conference's elite group. Gladden recorded four games in which she made double-digit saves. This accolade is added to her second-team all-conference honor she received at the conclusion of the season.
