NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has named Randolph-Macon College an Academic Honor Squad for the 2025-26 academic year. In addition to that, eight Yellow Jackets were named to the IWLCA 2026 Honor Roll.
The Yellow Jackets were among 357 schools across Divisions I, II, III, and NAIA named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Squads for the 2025-26 academic year. To qualify for this prestigious honor, the women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.
The eight individuals that earned accolades are Caty Benton (Richmond, Va./Mills E. Godwin),
Rylee DeVito (Fallston, Md./Fallston),
Lilly Fowler (Phoenix, Md./Notre Dame Prep),
Gillian Gladden (Taneytown, Md./ Francis Scott Key),
Lydia Lesnevich (Catonsville, Md./Towson),
Meredith Missana (Charlottesville, Va./Albemarle),
Laila Omar (Annandale, Va./Falls Church) and
Sydney Walsh (Bel Air, Md./John Carroll)
The IWLCA honored 1,350 student-athletes from 174 different institutions on the 2025-26 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
