LYNCHBURG, Va. - Randolph-Macon moves to 6-3 (3-2) after beating Randolph College 8-1 in Lynchburg. In doubles play
Camilla Thurman (Knoxville, Tenn./Knoxville Catholic) and
Catherine Mowry (Lynchburg, Va. Liberty Christian Academy) started off with an 8-2 win.
Elizabeth Key (Moseley, Va./Cosby) and
Emma Turner (Chesapeake, Va./Hickory) won by the biggest margin with an 8-1 victory. The Jackets cruised in singles winning in straight sets in all but one match.
Katie Sarnowski (Mechanicsville, Va./Atlee) gutted out an extra set victory over her opponent. Randolph-Macon cruised in all other singles matches to take the victory 8-1 over the WildCats.
