VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. -- The Randolph-Macon women's tennis team finished out there regular season winning 8-1 against Virginia Wesleyan University. RMC swept the doubles matches heading into singles up 3-0. Camilla Thurman (Knoxville, Tenn./Knoxville Catholic) and Catherine Mowry (Lynchburg, Va./Liberty Christian Academy) won 8-5 at one doubles setting the tone for the rest of the match. In singles play, Camilla Thurman had a comeback win 5-7, 6-4 10-3 at first singles. Katie Sarnowski (Mechanicsville, Va./Atlee) got the fifth point for Macon winning 6-1,6-4 at fourth singles . RMC moves to 15-2 heading into the ODAC tournament.
