Box Score ASHLAND, Va. – Freshman Rianna Lowery (Bel Air, Md./Notre Dame Prep) registered two assists as the R-MC women's lacrosse team fell 23-5 to third-ranked Washington and Lee on Tuesday evening.

How It Happened
- The Generals netted the contest's first goal before Lowery assisted sophomore Sarah Lynch (Fallston, Md./Friends School of Baltimore) on the game-tying goal. WLU tallied the next four goals before senior Lily Henderson (Manakin-Sabot, Va./St. Catherine's) scored with 34 seconds left and junior Logan Schweiger (Church Hill, Md./Queen Anne's County) scored as the horn sounded on an assist by sophomore Amelia Davis (Davidsonville, Md./South River) as R-MC trailed 5-3 after one.
- Schweiger assisted junior Kayla Ross (Gambrills, Md./Arundel) on a goal 40 seconds into the second period as the Yellow Jackets pulled within one at 5-4. The Generals would get the next four goals before Lowery assisted sophomore Annie Bartley (Richmond, Va./Mills Godwin) on a goal to make it 9-5 with 6:19 left in the quarter. WLU got the final two goals of the half and led 11-5 at intermission.
- The Generals would outscore the Yellow Jackets 5-0 in the third quarter and 7-0 in the final period in recording the 23-5 win.
