Box Score ASHLAND, Va. – Junior McKenzie Hynson (Pasadena, Md./Northeast) paced the victors with six draw controls and 11 difference players scored as the Randolph-Macon women's lacrosse team defeated Randolph 22-1 on Saturday afternoon to earn a spot in the ODAC Tournament.

How It Happened
- The Yellow Jackets had the first three goals of the game as seniors Natalie Webster (Midlothian, Va./Midlothian), Erin Mattone (Little Silver, N.J./Red Bank Catholic) and Kaylyn Hewes (Linthicum, Md./North County) scored on assists by senior Bella Samper (Spring, Texas/Klein Oak), Webster and sophomore Grace Lambert (Nashua, N.J./Bishop Guertin), respectively, as R-MC took a 3-0 lead four minutes into the contest. After the Wildcats registered a goal, the Yellow Jackets scored the next 14 goals in the half to take a 17-1 lead at intermission. Freshman Annie Bartley (Richmond, Va./Mills Godwin) had three of those goals, while Samper, sophomore Logan Schweiger (Church Hill, Md./Queen Anne's County) and freshman Amelia Davis (Davidsonville, Md./South River) each added two. Webster, Mattone and Hewes each added a second goal. Senior Kendall Griffis (Cherry Hill, N.J./Bishop Eustace) and junior Lily Henderson (Manakin-Sabot, Va./St. Catherine's) both had single goals. Samper had three assists, Lambert had two, and Webster and Griffis both recorded one.
- Samper, Webster, Hynson, Henderson and senor Taylor Sheppard (Queenstown, Md./Queen Anne's County) each had second-half goals to make the final 22-1. Hynson, Griffis, Mattone, Sheppard and freshman Sarah Lynch (Fallston, Md./Friends School of Baltimore registered second-half assists.
