Box Score ASHLAND, Va. – Senior Natalie Webster (Midlothian, Va./Midlothian) netted three goals as the Randolph-Macon women's lacrosse team fell 15-7 to No. 18 Mary Washington on Tuesday evening.

How It Happened
- The Eagles netted the first two goals of the game before junior Lily Henderson (Manakin-Sabot, Va./St. Catherine's) and Webster scored to level the score at 2-2 eight minutes into the contest. UMW recorded the next five goals before Henderson registered her second score on an assist from sophomore Logan Schweiger (Church Hill, Md./Queen Anne's County) to make it 7-3 at halftime.
- UMW had the first three scores of the second half to push its advantage to 10-3. The Yellow Jackets would cut into the deficit as sophomore Kayla Ross (Gambrills, Md./Arundel) scored on an assist by freshman Amelia Davis (Davidsonville, Md./South River) and Webster added her second goal to make it 10-5 with 17 minutes left. The Eagles got the next five goals before Ross added a second goal and Webster netted her third to make the final 15-7.
By The Numbers
- Webster and Ross paced the Yellow Jackets with four shots each, while Henderson added three.
- Senior Kendall Griffis (Cherry Hill, N.J./Bishop Eustace) topped R-MC with four draw controls. Senior Kaylyn Hewes (Linthicum, Md./North County) had three and Henderson recorded two.
- Hewes also had a pair of ground balls.
- Henderson, Hewes and Davis each registered a caused turnover.
- Junior Caraline Cypher (Havre de Grace, Md./Havre de Grace) recorded nine saves.
