Ashland, VA – Angelina Sportelli won twice in Randolph-Macon College's 5-4 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) tennis win at Guilford College Saturday in the Yellow Jacket's spring opener.

Sportelli teamed with Courtney Owens for an 8-5 win over Guilford's Haley Andrews and Allie Guy. Sportelli later knocked off Andrews at first singles, 6-2, 6-3.

Olayemisi Ogunshina won second singles 2-6, 6-2, 6-2 over GC's Kim Kleimeier, while Caty-Betz Holcomb defeated Guy (6-3, 6-2) and Mackenzie Nunnally took down Allison Hewitt, 6-2, 2-6, 6-3.

The Yellow Jacket's next scheduled match is February 24th as they travel to league-rival Roanoke College for a 1:00 p.m. match.
