ASHLAND, VA—R-MC's Chelsea Jones defeated Ali Krantzler of Guilford in straight sets but the Quakers rallied past the Yellow Jackets 8-1 in Ashland Sunday.

Jones (Locust Grove, VA/ Orange County) won every game of her match with Krantzler to finish with a 6-0, 6-0 victory in singles action.

Randolph-Macon Junior Martha Vlahakis took Mackey Wesner of Guilford into a third set but Wesner rallied to win 6-2, 5-7, 6-3.

The Yellow Jackets finish the 2010 season 1-9 in the ODAC.
