ASHLAND, VA—R-MC's Sarah Rainey won in straight sets during singles action in Ashland on Tuesday but Bridgewater downed the Jackets 8-1.

The Jackets' Rainey defeated the Eagles Ally McConaughy 6-0, 6-2 in straight sets to improve her overall singles record to 4-1 on the season.

Randolph-Macon Women's Tennis will be back in action Wednesday, March 31^st when they travel to Randolph College for a 4:00 p.m. match.
