LOUISVILLE, Ky.– Senior long-stick midfielder Brodie Kent (Coquitlam, Canada/Centennial) has been named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division III Team of the Week, following a stellar week on the defensive end of the field. Kent was named to the USILA Team of the Week for the first time in his career. This is also the first time this season an RMC player has picked up the honor.

The Yellow Jackets had a Saturday night bout with #17 Washington and Lee on Day Field, where they earned the upset 10-8. The Lemon and Black snapped the Generals' 28-game regular-season win streak dating back to March 29, 2023.

Against the Generals, Kent made major contributions in the upset over #17 Washington and Lee. He shut out the Generals' leading scorer and forced him to have five turnovers. He added to the exceptional defensive performance by scooping up six ground balls and causing two turnovers.

The Yellow Jackets are set for a road matchup against Guilford in Greensboro, North Carolina, on Saturday, April 4, with the first faceoff scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
