JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. - Randolph-Macon men's golf completed the second round of the Jekyll Island Intercollegiate and led by another impressive round by
Charlie Wilkerson (Midlothian, Va./Midlothian).
Wilkerson continued his masterful weekend in the second round, firing off another -2 (70) round. The sophomore ended the day with three bridies on the back nine, highlighting the clutch round. Wilkerson now has a two-round score of -4 (140) and sits in 19th place as an individual.
Carter Chapin (Seaford, Va./York) and
Joseph Winston (Richmond, Va./Douglass Freeman) both ended the second round with +3 (75) scores. The duo combined with five birdies and pars on 21 holes.
Kole Kohut (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) and
Ty White (Emporia, Va./Greensville County) finished the second round with scores of +4 (76) for the Yellow Jackets. The duo combined for three birdies and pars on 23 holes.
