ASHLAND, Va. – Randolph-Macon Men's Basketball jumped up to the #2 spot with eight first place votes in the D3Hoops.com Top-25 poll, following an impressive undefeated week.
The Yellow Jackets are No. 4 in the third set of NCAA Power Index (NPI) rankings, the metric used by the Division III basketball committee for at-large selections as well as for seeding for the NCAA Tournament.

The Yellow Jackets began last week with a road victory (69-53) over rival Hampden-Sydney to complete the regular season sweep of the Tigers. Randolph-Macon ended the week with a huge home victory over #2 Mary Washington by a score of 85-74. The win over the Eagles at home would extend the Lemon and Black's home win streak to 20 games, dating back to last season.
The Yellow Jackets are now 19-2 (10-2) on the season and will begin the week on the road at Shenandoah on Wednesday, February 11. The team will complete the week at home against Averett on Saturday, February 14.
