ASHLAND, Va. – Randolph-Macon Men's Basketball and Randolph-Macon Women's Basketball will play their scheduled games against Eastern Mennonite on Wednesday, January 28. After the snowstorm that struck the region over the weekend, looking into travel considerations and snow removal, Randolph-Macon athletics has confirmed that both contests will proceed as planned at a tip-off time of 7:00 pm.
Fans, teams, and staff are encouraged to allow extra travel time and to use caution when arriving on each campus. Be alert for black ice and slippery locations.
In regards to the home men's basketball game, due to snow removal, parking conditions are unusual on campus. Fans are welcome to use any lot where spots are clear and available. Of note, the W lot (behind Spotswood Village) and the M lot (Old Tennis Courts) are clear and available for all. Parallel street parking along Lindgren Lane will also be permitted during this period. Please note that Henry Street parallel parking is unavailable due to snowplow routes.
