NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has named Randolph-Macon College an Academic Honor Squad for the 2024-25 academic year. In addition to that, seven Yellow Jackets were named to the IWLCA 2025 Honor Roll.

The Yellow Jackets were one of 383 schools across Division I, II, III, and the NAIA to earn the team honor. To qualify for this prestigious honor, the women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.

The Seven individuals that earned accolades are Caty Benton (Shady Side, Md./Southern), Lilly Fowler (Phoenix, Md./Notre Dame Prep), Lydia Lesnevich (Catonsville, Md./Towson), Rianna Lowery (Bel Air, Md./Notre Dame Prep), Laila Omar (Annandale, Va./Falls Church), Ellen Stark (McLean, Va./Oakcrest) and Sydney Walsh (Bel Air, Md./John Carroll)
 
The IWLCA honored 1,286 student-athletes from 201 different institutions on the 2024-25 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
