ASHLAND, Va. – The Randolph-Macon women's lacrosse team has released its schedule for the 2026 spring campaign. The schedule features 17 regular-season contests, with a split of nine home games and eight away games. The team prepares for the 13th season under head coach
MK Geratowski's tenure.
"After narrowly missing the cut for an at-large NCAA tournament bid last season, our goals remain the same, to win an ODAC championship and be playing on into the NCAA tournament. We have done our best to craft a schedule that gives us the best opportunity to do just that," said Geratowski.
The Yellow Jackets open the season with home games against Hood on Saturday, Feb. 14, at 1 p.m. and Mary Washington on Feb. 18. Randolph-Macon will then hit the road for a three-game stretch including McDaniel (Feb. 21) and Stevenson (Feb. 25) to close out the month.
RMC will finish out its three-game road stretch at Marymount on March 4. The Yellow Jackets return to Day Field for a four-game homestand that features three out-of-conference opponents with Rhodes on March 7, St. Mary's (Md.) on March 11 for their SWARM game and Meredith on March 14 for their We Play for Relay game. The Lemon and Black will begin conference play with Washington and Lee on March 18, closing out their four-game homestand. The rest of the month of March will see one away game and one road game for the Yellow Jackets. RMC will jump into a conference game with Lynchburg on the road March 25 and three days later will take on conference foe Bridgewater at home on March 28.
The Yellow Jackets open the month of April with an away contest with Shenandoah on April 3. On April 8, RMC is back on home turf to take on Sweet Briar for their Green Bandana game. The Lemon and Black head back on the road for a conference game against Roanoke on April 11 and their final non-conference game against Christopher Newport on April 15. Three days later, they will host Randolph for Senior Day at 4 p.m. for the final home contest of the regular season. On April 22, RMC is slated to face Virginia Wesleyan in a road matchup to close out the regular season before jumping into postseason competition.
Randolph-Macon went 14-5 in 2025, matching the program record for wins in a season, and 8-2 in ODAC play. They earned a trip to the ODAC semifinals for the third year in a row. The Yellow Jackets are returning five of their six All-ODAC players from last season, as well as one of two IWLCA All-Region selections and are looking to return to the ODAC Championship for the first time since 2019.
