Chaz Harvey (Charlottesville, Va./Miller School) in a 20-11 victory over seventh-seeded Hampden-Sydney on Sunday afternoon to win their quarterfinal series of the 2025 ODAC Championship.

How It Happened:
- After the Tigers tallied a run in the top of the first, the Yellow Jackets erupted for five in the third. Junior Jordan Hill (Norfolk, Va./Granby) had a leadoff double, went to third on a base hit by sophomore Jack Bowles (Mechanicsville, Va./Hanover) and scored on a single by sophomore Zach Wernoski (Chapel Hill, N.C./East Chapel Hill) to level the score at 1-1. Junior Carter Schmitt (Glen Allen, Va./St. Christopher's) reached on a bunt single and Harvey's sacrifice fly knocked in Bowles to make it 2-1. Junior Logan Duff (Forest, Va./Liberty Christian) had an RBI base hit with two away and sophomore James Baffone (Wilmington, Del./St. Mark's) followed with a two-run single to give the home team a 5-1 edge.
- H-SC put up two in the fourth and four in the fifth to take a 7-5 advantage before RMC answered in the bottom of the frame. Senior Aidan Pinto (Virginia Beach, Va./Ocean Lakes) led off with his fourth home run of the season to make it a one-run contest. Bowles added a two-run double and sophomore Jon Quici (Paoli, Pa./Conestoga) capped the eight-run rally with a two-run single as RMC took a 13-7 lead.
- The Tigers got four in the sixth to pull within two before the Yellow Jackets answered again. Schmitt had a run-scoring single before Harvey greeted a new pitcher with a mammoth grand slam to left center, his ninth homer of the season, to give RMC an 18-11 lead.
- Quici added a two-run single in the seventh to make the final 20-11.

- Harvey went 3 for 4 with a homer and six RBI. He has nine home runs this season and is second in program history with 25 career homers.
- Quici was 3 for 5 with four RBI.
