ASHLAND, Va. – Logan Sinsebox (Monkton, Md./Hereford) scored a pair of goals to lead Randolph-Macon Men's Lacrosse against Hampden-Sydney on Saturday afternoon.

How it Happened
- The Yellow Jackets netted the first two goals of the game just 10 seconds apart from each other as Grant Sobel (Mechanicsville, Va./Christchurch) and Sinsebox found the back of the net to make it 2-0 with 13:39 to go in the first. The next six goals of the quarter went in favor of the Tigers as they seized momentum with a 6-2 lead after 15 minutes of play.
- The Tigers opened the second quarter scoring to extend the lead to five but RMC chipped away at the deficit with goals from Chap Hale (Roanoke, Va./Patrick Henry) and Hunter Drake (Richmond, Va./Deep Run) to make the score 7-4 at the 3:17 mark. HSC got one back with 1:44 left, but RMC tallied another before the end of the half as Avery Tankersley (Baltimore, Md./Boys Latin) got on the board to send it to halftime 8-5.
- The first four goals of the third frame went in Hampden-Sydney'a favor before RMC found the back of the net with a Will Robertson (Lutherville, Md./Calvert Hall) goal. The Tigers poured in four more goals before the end of the frame to make the score 16-5 heading to the fourth.
- Only three goals were scored in the fourth quarter, as two HSC goals sandwiched a goal by Sinsebox as the Tigers finished an 18-7 win.
Inside the Numbers
- Sinsebox led the team with a pair of goals on two shots. He also picked up a ground ball.
- Robertson went 8-15 on faceoffs and picked up six ground balls. He also scored a goal.
- Brodie Kent (Coquitlam, Canada/Centennial) continued his strong campaign with six ground balls and four caused turnovers.
- Cooper Hauser (Charlottesville, Va./Monticello) also had six ground balls and a caused turnover.
- Jack Twomey (Reston, Va./Gonzaga) stopped 17 shots in the game.
