Jack Twomey stopped 10 shots as Randolph-Macon Men's Lacrosse rolled past Shenandoah 12-5 on Senior Day on Saturday.

How it Happened
- Grant Sobel (Mechanicsville, Va./Christchurch) got the scoring started 17 seconds into the game, while Logan Sinsebox (Monkton, Md./Hereford) followed it up with a goal of his own just 13 seconds later. Shenandoah got on the board at the 9:53 mark, but RMC answered with back-to-back goals from Matt Carter (Glen Allen, Va./Deep Run) and JJ Phillips (Ramsey, N.J./Ramsey) to extend the lead to 4-1. The Hornets cut the lead back down to two before the end of the first quarter as RMC led 4-2 after one.
- SU scored again just 28 seconds into the second frame, but RMC rallied for four goals the remainder of the frame to take control. Avery Tankersley (Baltimore, Md./Boys Latin) pushed the lead back to two with 11:56 until half. Sinsebox's second goal followed suit before Peyton Rodriguez (Santa Barbara, Ca./Bishop Diego Garcia) and Austin Payne (Charlottesville, Va./Western Albermarle) eached netted a goal to make the score 8-3 heading into halftime.
- Sinsebox scored the lone goal of the third quarter with 8:01 left in the frame. Mike Allen (Williamsburg, Va./Jamestown) began the fourth quarter scoring at the 12:45 mark, putting RMC in double digits at 10-3. Shenandoah wouldn't go down without a fight, however, scoring two straight goals in the span of 33 seconds, but Payne iced the game with two goals to seal the 12-5 victory for RMC.
