Kody Rogan secured the program's career-assists record as Randolph-Macon Men's Volleyball swept a pair of matches hosted by Gallaudet on Saturday.

How it Happened vs. Gallaudet
- Both sides split the first six points before RMC caught fire, earning seven of the next eight points to take a commanding 10-4 lead. After the Jackets led 14-7, they ignited a 6-0 run, which pushed them across the finish line as they took the first set 25-12. RMC hit .688 in the frame with 11 kills and zero errors.
- The Bison took the first point of the second set, but RMC took the next five points. GU stopped the run with a point, but RMC went on another 5-0 run to take a 10-2 lead. The Bison kept the deficit at eight, trailing 14-6, but RMC kept rolling to extend the lead out to 21-9. After surrendering a point to GU, RMC finished the set with four straight points to take the second stanza 25-10.
- Gallaudet held a 5-4 advantage in the early stages of the third set before RMC took control with a 5-0 run, followed by a 4-0 run to take a 13-6 lead. The Bison fought back to cut the deficit to two at 14-12. RMC later went on a 5-0 run and ended the match with a stretch of four straight points to earn the sweep with a 25-15 set three win.
Inside the Numbers vs. Gallaudet
- RMC hit a season-best .509 in the match and did not have an attack error until the third set.
- The Yellow Jackets had 12 aces to just two for the Bison.
- Mitchell Wyatt (Prince George, Va./Prince George) had a team-high eight kills and hit .727 in the match.
- Ian Wagenhauser (Glen Allen, Va./Deep Run) and Davis Luck (Ashland, Va./Patrick Henry) each had six digs to lead the team. Luck finished with three aces as well and Wagenhauser totaled two.
- Kody Rogan (Chesapeake, Va./Hickory) registered 25 assists and two aces.
How it Happened vs. Immaculata
- RMC jumped out to a 4-1 lead in the opening frame before the Mighty Macs found their footing to cut it to 6-4. The Yellow Jackets' lead only grew from there as they raced out to a 16-5 lead. The deficit for IU grew to 15 at 22-7 and after the Mighty Macs got a point, RMC finished the set with three straight in their favor to cruise to a set one win, 25-8.
- IU flipped the script to begin the second stanza, taking a 6-3 lead. Randolph-Macon tilted the scoreboard to their side with a 6-0 run and then extended the lead out to 15-9. IU cut it to one at 16-15. The Jackets separated themselves again with a 4-0 run and held off a comeback attempt by IU to win the second set, 25-19.
- The third set was tightly contested, as the two sides were knotted up 7-7 when a 4-0 run gave RMC an 11-7 lead. IU came back to take a 16-15 lead. RMC used a pair of 2-0 runs to regain the lead and extend it out to 22-19. They had a one point lead at 24-23, but a service error by Immaculata gave RMC the win, 25-23.
Inside the Numbers vs. Immaculata
- Rogan finished with six kills, 24 assists, two aces, three block assists, and 10 digs.
- Phillip Van Essendelft (Chesapeake, Va./Hickory) totaled seven kills and hit .700 in the match.
- Wagenhauser and Luck each had three aces and combined for 12 digs.
- Andrew Burmeister (Virginia Beach, Va./Kempsville) finished with eight digs.
- RMC had six blocks to just two for the Mighty Macs.

- Kody Rogan broke the RMC career assists record with his 1,660th career helper.
