ASHLAND, Va. – Randolph-Macon field hockey has been named as one of six schools to make it to the Old Dominion Athletic Conference postseason tournament.
 
RMC, sitting at 11-6 (5-3), will host Bridgewater on Tuesday, November 4, at 5:00 p.m. as the fourth seed to take on the fifth-seeded Eagles field hockey team. The winner of the quarterfinal contest will travel to Lynchburg, Virginia, to face the #1 Hornets in the semifinals on Thursday, November 6.
 
The Yellow Jackets earned the fourth seed with key conference wins over Eastern Mennonite, Sweet Briar, Bridgewater, Virginia Wesleyan and Roanoke. The Lemon and Black will see Bridgewater for the second time this season, after winning against the Eagles, 3-2, in a penalty shootout on October 22.
 
The price for admission will be $10.00 for Adult tickets (Ages 13+) and $5.00 for Youth tickets (Ages 2-12). Students of participating schools with Valid ID and Children 1 & Under will be free. There will also be no admission charge for Faculty and Staff of participating schools with Valid ID.
 
Randolph-Macon encourages fans to purchase tickets digitally via the RMC Box Office (Powered by HomeTown Ticketing). Should individuals not purchase a ticket digitally, it can be done upon arrival to campus, as a ticket is required for entry.
