ASHLAND, Va. – Head Coach
Bill Rogers and Randolph-Macon Women's Volleyball has announced the hire of
Aubrey Rentzel as an assistant coach on staff.
A Galloway, N.J. native, Rentzel spent the last four years at Stockton University where she played in every match over her career as a setter. Rentzel was a team captain in 2023, leading the Ospreys to a 21-11 record and went 8-0 in NJAC play. In her sophomore season in 2021, Rentzel totaled 915 assists, placing her second among NJAC players, and was named All-NJAC Honorable Mention in her junior campaign in 2022. She finished her career just outside of the top-10 in program history with 1,948 career assists.
"We are excited for Aubrey to join our staff," said Rogers. "She comes from a great program at Stockton and has unlimited energy. As a setter, she had to understand all of the workings of the team and I'm sure her experience will be valuable."
While at Stockton, Rentzel was the Vice President of SAAC and coached the East Coast Crush Volleyball Club for two years and coach Beach York Outdoor Volleyball during the summers.
Rentzel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stockton in December with a degree in Health Science.
