FOREST, Va. – Junior outside hitter Allison Lach (Fredericksburg, Va./Riverbend) has been named ODAC Offensive Player of the Week for the first time in her career.

Lach led her team to a 2-1 record this past week, which included back-to-back sweeps. Randolph-Macon took a set off of (RV) Lynchburg in the midweek matchup, before beating both Hollins and Roanoke, 3-0 in sets.

Against the Hornets, the junior racked up a match-high 15 kills, while also adding an ace and a season-high 12 digs. In the following match against Hollins, Lach led all players with 10 kills and ripped eight aces, good for the most in the match. On the week, she compiled 36 kills and 19 service aces for a total of 59.5 points. Each of the three values represents the most on her squad during the timeframe, while she also averaged an outstanding .386 hitting percentage during the 10 sets. Furthermore, with 21 digs this past week, Lach now has 115 in 2026, marking a new single-season personal best.

The outside hitter leads the conference in total service aces (62) and service aces per set (.86). Her 3.79 points per set currently slots fifth in the ODAC, while her 2.68 kills per set ranks 11th.
