Box Score FERRUM, Va. – The Randolph-Macon men's lacrosse team continued their road stretch against Ferrum College on Saturday afternoon. The Yellow Jackets put the throttle down offensively to run away with a 29-3 victory over the Panthers.

How It Happened
- The Lemon and Black poured in the goals early. They scored the first four goals of the game, the first coming as a man up goal by Ryan Pritchard (Crofton, Md./DeMatha). Jack Smith (Stevensville, Md./DeMatha) scored or assisted on three of the first four RMC goals and five of the first seven. Posting an assist and four goals just in the first as RMC led 8-1.
- The second quarter had more offense than the first from the Yellow Jackets, as RMC totaled 10 goals in the quarter, including Austin Payne (Charlottesville, Va./Western Albermarle) netting a hat trick goal to end the half, putting RMC ahead 18-3 at the break.
- RMC tallied four goals, including two man up goals in the third quarter. The first came from Logan Sinsebox (Monkton, Md./Hereford) and Matthew Sutty (Hockessin, Del./Salesianum) stayed hot with the ensuing man up goal.
- The Yellow Jackets closed the game with seven goals in the final frame. Ethan Robinette (Charlotte, N.C./Providence Day) scored his third and fourth goals of the game, pushing the lead further as RMC won 29-3 over the Panthers.
By The Numbers:
- Jack Smith finished with a seven-point day, scoring two goals and dishing seven assists to lead the Yellow Jackets.
- Bubba Bowen (Arnold, Md./Broadneck) scored his seventh hat trick of the season. He currently leads the team with 30 goals on the year.
- Austin Payne had a hat trick in the first half, also picking up an assist in the game as well as three ground balls.
- Ryan Pritchard notched a hat trick as well, his second such game of the season. He scored his three goals on just three shots.
- Ethan Robinette was the final RMC player with a hat trick in the game, scoring four goals for his first career hat trick.
- JD Spotts (Richmond, Va./Collegiate) made the most of his faceoffs, going 13-21, picking up seven ground balls.
- 16 different players scored a goal for the Yellow Jackets in their best offensive output of the year, a season-high 29 goals.
