ASHLAND, Va. – The Randolph-Macon baseball team will have 13 games against NCAA Tournament teams as it looks for a return trip to an NCAA Regional as the 2024 schedule is released.

Ray Hedrick ahead of his 21st season. "This year will be no different."
The Yellow Jackets will host NCAA tourney participant Alvernia in a doubleheader on Feb. 17 to open the season. RMC will head to Georgia the following weekend for a tournament at Piedmont with Wilmington and Hanover.
As the calendar turns to March, the Yellow Jackets will host Messiah in a three-game series. RMC will head to North Carolina Wesleyan, an NCAA tourney team, on March 6 before kicking off ODAC play with a doubleheader at Ferrum on March 6. The Yellow Jackets play at Marymount on March 12 and at NCAA tourney participant Christopher Newport on March 14 before two at Washington and Lee on March 16.
RMC returns to Hugh Stephens at Estes Park on March 19 against Methodist and on March 20 for an ODAC encounter with Hampden-Sydney before a home doubleheader with Guilford on March 23. The homestand concludes with a conference contest against Virginia Wesleyan on March 26.
The Yellow Jackets head to Mary Washington, an NCAA tourney team, on March 28 and end the month with an ODAC doubleheader at Averett on March 30.
April begins with a home contest against NC Wesleyan on April 2 before traveling to defending national champion Lynchburg the following day. Bridgewater comes to Ashland on April 6 for two league contests. RMC heads to Hampden-Sydney on April 9 and to York (Pa.) on April 11 before an ODAC doubleheader at Super Regional participant Shenandoah on April 13.
RMC will host Mary Washington on April 16 and Lynchburg on April 17 before a home doubleheader with Eastern Mennonite on April 20. That will be Dugout Club Day, which will be highlighted by honoring for Yellow Jacket player and coach Gregg Waters, who was recently inducted into the Randolph-Macon Athletics Hall of Fame.
The Yellow Jackets head to Virginia Wesleyan on April 23 before returning home on April 25 to tangle with Salisbury, a 2023 College World Series participant. RMC entertains Roanoke for two games on April 27 before the regular season concludes with a home contest against Christopher Newport on May 1.
The best-of-three series in the first round of the ODAC Championship with be held during the first weekend in May. The double-elimination Finals Weekend of the ODAC Championship will be May 9-11 at Capital One Park in Tysons, Va.
