Box Score 2 ASHLAND, Va. – Junior Rilee Baughan (Warsaw, Va./Rappahannock) went 3 for 3 with a homer, two runs and two RBI in the opener as the sixth-ranked Randolph-Macon softball team split an ODAC doubleheader with first-place Bridgewater on Saturday afternoon.

How It Happened: Game 1
- The Eagles had a solo homer in the top of the first before the Yellow Jackets responded in the bottom of the frame. Freshman Amanda Lanyon (Midlothian, Va./Midlothian) had a leadoff single and scored when Baughan homered to left center to give the home team a 2-1 lead.
- R-MC would put up another crooked number in the third. Baughan had a leadoff single and moved to second on a one-out walk to junior Natalie Robinson (Woodbridge, Va./Forest Park). Baughan was out at third when freshman Naomi Sadler (Emporia, Va./Brunswick) reached on a fielder's choice. Sophomore Olivia Owens (Salisbury, Md./James M. Bennett) had a base hit to drive in Robinson to make it 3-1. Freshman Gracie Ellis (New Kent, Va./New Kent) knocked in two with a double and scored on a two-bagger by senior Sami Davidson (Stafford, Va./Brooke Point) as the advantage grew to 6-1.
- Baughan doubled in the fourth and came home on a base hit by Sadler as the Yellow Jackets went up 7-1.
- One inning later, Owens led off with a single and scored on a base hit by freshman Ellie Barton (Powhatan, Va./Powhatan). Freshman Kayla Davis (Powhatan, Va./Powhatan) drew a bases-loaded walk to end the game with R-MC posting the 9-1 win.
By The Numbers
- Baughan was a triple short of the cycle.

How It Happened: Game 2
- R-MC started the scoring in the bottom of the first in the nightcap. Baughan reached on a fielder's choice and scored on a wild pitch as the Yellow Jackets went up 1-0.
- BC tied it in the second, put up six in the third, added one in the fifth and tallied four in the sixth to make the final 12-1.
