Jackets To Host Chatham in Men's Lacrosse

(ASHLAND, Va.) – Randolph-Macon looks to get back in the win column as it hosts Chatham in men's lacrosse action on Saturday afternoon. The Cougars, making their way to the Center of the Universe from Pittsburgh, are looking to do the same.

The Yellow Jackets battled the Generals close for the first quarter and trailed by one headed to the second, but a stout W&L defense stopped R-MC from scoring again until midway through the third to take the win. Jake Averna (Sr., Warrenton, Va. / Fauquier) led the Jackets with two goals and an assist.

Chatham 7, Baldwin Wallace 18 – Wednesday, March 23, at Baldwin Wallace

A defensive first half saw the Cougars trail 1-0 at the end of one and 3-2 headed into halftime, but BW exploded for 10 goals in the third to take control. Kyle Rullan and Adam Bleess led the Cougars with two goals and one assist each.
