LEXINGTON, Ky.– Senior defender Mike Allen (Williamsburg, Va./Jamestown) has been named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division III Team of the Week, following a stellar week on the defensive end of the field. Allen was named to the USILA Team of the Week for the third time in his career. 

The Yellow Jackets had a midweek showdown with Bridgewater, earning a 15-7 win. The Lemon and Black closed out the regular season with a home contest against Averett on Friday, April 24, with a dominant 29-4 victory. 

Over the course of the week, Allen amassed 13 ground balls and caused five turnovers. He currently ranks fourth in the conference with 87 ground balls and fifth in the ODAC with 4.83 caused turnovers per game. Allen also ranks first in the conference and 10th nationally for caused turnovers (47), averaging 2.61 per game.

The Yellow Jackets will await their fate in the 2026 NCAA Division-III Men's Lacrosse Selection Show on Sunday, May 3rd.
