With four games left in the regular season, the Yellow Jackets sit in second place and the Eagles are in seventh.

Last Time Out: Randolph-Macon 56, Shenandoah 55 – Wednesday, Feb. 5, at Crenshaw Gymnasium

The Yellow Jackets outlasted the Hornets in a nail-biter between two of the top four teams in the ODAC standings. The Jackets took sole possession of second place with the win. Catherine Kagey (So., Roanoke, Va. / Faith Christian) recorded her seventh double-double of the season with 10 points and 10 rebounds. None were bigger than her last four points as they gave the Lemon and Black the lead and then a cushion to hold off Shenandoah at the end.

Bridgewater 77, Virginia Wesleyan 39 – Thursday, Feb. 10, at Bridgewater

The Eagles had little trouble with the Marlins as they cruised to an easy victory. BC led by 21 at the halftime break and got stronger as the game went on. Jaden Alsberry led the hosts with 13 points and 16 rebounds, her sixth double-double of the season.
