APPLETON, Wis. - Randolph-Macon junior Colin Selby (Chesapeake, Va./Western Branch) was named to the 2018 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division III All-America First Team during the opening ceremonies of the NCAA Baseball Championship.
Earlier this week, Selby was announced as a member of the D3baseball.com All-America Second Team.
The 2018 ODAC Pitcher of the Year and All-South Region First Team pick by D3baseball.com amd ABCA/Rawlings, Selby has made 14 starts this season and posted an 11-2 record with a 2.60 ERA. He leads the nation with 122 strikeouts, a program record. Selby is second in the country with 11 wins and seventh with 14 starts. Opponents are hitting just .219 against Selby. Selby started the opening game of the Holly Springs Regional and hurled the first complete game of the season for R-MC, scattering eight hits with three walks and 10 strikeouts in a 2-1 win over LaGrange.

Top-seeded Randolph-Macon will begin play in the 2018 NCAA Division III College World Series on Friday, May 25 at 2:15 p.m. ET against No. 8 Misericordia in Appleton, Wis.
