HAVERFORD, Pa.—Senior Ryan Davidson (Logan Township, NJ / Kingsway Regional) scored for the Yellow Jackets as Randolph-Macon men's lacrosse fell to Haverford 5-4 on Sunday afternoon.

Davidson joined four other Yellow Jackets who added goals in the contest. Sophomores Alex Camilliere (Huntingtown, Md. / Huntingtown), Miles Muncie (Midlothian, Va. / Midlothian) and Coleman Adams (Mechanicsville, Va. / St. Christopher's) scored in the game.

Haverford (1-1) tallied the first goal of the contest before Muncie notched a goal for the Yellow Jackets (0-5) to tie score with 5:10 remaining in the first period. Haverford would add two more goals to hold a 3-1 advantage before Camilliere and Adams scored before halftime to tie game at 3-3.

Haverford controlled the third period, scoring twice, before Davidson added the last goal of the contest at 14:15 in the fourth period as the Fords went on to claim the 5-4 victory.  

Junior Brian Davies (Lynchburg, Va. / E.C. Glass) recorded nine saves in the contest.

Randolph-Macon returns to action at home on Wednesday, March 9 at 3:30 p.m. against Coast Guard on Day Field.
