BEL AIR, Md. – Sophomores Melissa Tomlin (Prince George, Va./Prince George) and Molly Jesseman (Williamsburg, Va./Warhill) did not lose a game in singles as the Randolph-Macon women's tennis team blanked Harford Community College 9-0 Friday afternoon.
Tomlin's 6-0, 6-0 scores came at No. 3 singles, while Jesseman rolled at No. 4.
Junior Angelina Sportelli (Mechanicsville, Va./Lee-Davis) and sophomore Kelsie Grice (Hoover, Ala./Charlotte Country Day) both posted 6-1, 6-0 victories, Sportelli at No. 1 and Grice at No. 2. The pair combined to win at No. 1 doubles 8-2.
Saturday's home ODAC match against Washington & Lee has been postponed and will be rescheduled for later in the season.
