ASHLAND, Va. – Sophomore Ryan Davidson (Logan Township, N.J./Kingsway Regional) scored twice for Randolph-Macon in a 14-7 ODAC loss to Washington & Lee Saturday afternoon at Day Field.

Junior Dan Gallucci (Langley, Va./Langley) scored the game's first goal for the Yellow Jackets (4-4, 0-1 ODAC) before the Generals (3-4, 1-0 ODAC) scored the next 12 goals. R-MC scored six of the next eight goals to narrow the deficit to 14-7.

The Yellow Jackets outscored the Generals 6-2 in the fourth period. Davidson had both his goals during the final quarter.

Senior Jason Andrews (Hereford, Md./Hereford) led R-MC with two assists. Gallucci had one goal and one assist for the Yellow Jackets.

R-MC held a 40-37 advantage on ground balls. Sophomore Nick Benhoff (Phoenix, Md./Dulaney) paced the Yellow Jackets with 11. Benhoff also won 14 of 23 faceoffs.

Randolph-Macon continues ODAC play with a home date with Hampden-Sydney on Friday, March 21 at 7:00 p.m.
