Box Score SALEM, Va---- Randolph-Macon fell to Virginia Wesleyan, 10-1 and was eliminated from the ODAC Softball Tournament Saturday afternoon.
The Yellow Jackets finished the year with a record of 29-14 overall. This year's squad broke the school record for single season wins and league wins. The Class of 2012 will graduate from R-MC with the most wins in program history.
Following a 40 minute of delay, VWC jumped out to an early 6-0 lead through two innings. The Marlins added a run in the third and two in the fourth to cap their scoring.
Kelly Beard was saddled with he loss after allowing three runs before the rain delay. Kristina Karagiorgis earned the win for Wesleyan.
