LANCASTER, Pa. – Randolph-Macon used six different goal scorers to create a season-high seven goals scored, leading to its second consecutive six-goal victory.

How it Happened
- Just 1:46 into the first quarter, Annie Pruitt (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) registered the first shot and it was on goal but the Chargers' keeper was able to make the save. After some back-and-forth, Lancaster Bible cashed in on its first penalty corner of the game, as the 1-0 lead came at the 5:58 mark. Four minutes later, Randolph-Macon was able to apply its own pressure. Olivia Greene (Amissville, Va./Culpeper County) put a shot on goal that resulted in a save but earned her team a penalty corner. While RMC did not convert on the first insertion, it did bury a goal to knot the game 1-1 on the second penalty corner chance at the 10:36 point. Brenna McLean (Rock Hall, Md./Queene Anne's County) slotted her second goal in two games, with the assist coming from McKayla Clark (Gloucester, Va./Gloucester), sending the game to the second with a tie.
- Janne Roelink (Den Helder, Netherlands/Norfolk Collegiate) inserted a penalty corner on RMC's first possession of the second, which resulted in a shot each from Clark and Peyton Sutton (Gloucester, Va./Gloucester). Three minutes later, Kylee Gorham (Suffolk, Va./Lakeland) was able to capitalize on her squad's offensive pressure, establishing a 2-1 lead just over five minutes into the frame. The barrage continued, as Gorham rifled two more shots and Neely Winefordner (Glen Alen, Va./Trinity Episcopal School) put one on-net after a penalty corner. Penelope Trageser (Midlothian, Va./Clover Hill) tallied a shot that resulted in a defensive save but LBC was able to get to the break with the Lemon and Black holding a one-goal lead.
- The Yellow Jackets picked up where they left off, as a shot on-goal from Roelink led to a goal from Natalee Fortin (Virginia Beach, Va./Bayside), with the feed coming from Nathalia McIntyre (Hampton, Va./Grafton). While the cushion was earned just 2:53 into the second half, the momentum didn't stop there. Later in the period, RMC earned three corners in a two-minute period and compiled four shots, with Gorham responsible for three. With one of Gorham's attempts resulting in a defensive save and the others veering wide, RMC would carry its lead and momentum into the fourth.
- Breea Dresler (Yorktown, Va./Tabb) wasted no time extending her team's lead to 4-1 three minutes into the fourth, as she recorded her third goal of the season with the pass coming from Greene. In the following minute, Roelink extended the Yellow Jackets' lead to 5-1, becoming the fifth RMC player to score in the contest. With three minutes remaining in the game, Caitlin Porter (Virginia Beach, Va./Kellam) took advantage of a penalty corner and increased the lead to 6-1. In the final minute of the contest, McLean added an exclamation mark with her second goal of the contest, resulting in a 7-1 final score.
