5/15/2026 3:07:00 PM

ASHLAND, Va. – The IWLCA has honored 256 student-athletes in Division III with a selection to one of the All-Region teams for 2026. Randolph-Macon women's lacrosse had two players represented on the Chesapeake All-Region lists.

Senior attacker Lilly Fowler (Phoenix, Md./Notre Dame Prep) was named to the first team, and sophomore midfielder Hailey Pierce (Mechanicsville, Va./Mechanicsville) was tabbed to the second team for their outstanding efforts this past spring.

Fowler earned her second career all-region nod with her tremendous attacking play for the Yellow Jackets this season. The Senior led the Lemon and Black in assists this season with 43 overall. The mark sat at the top of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and ranked 35th in the nation. Fowler also added 58 goals to total 101 points for her senior campaign. The 101 points were ranked the second-highest in the region. The Maryland native started in all 19 games she appeared in, and her point total ranked second in the conference and third in program history for points in a single season. This accolade adds to the first team all-conference nod she received at the conclusion of the season.

Pierce earns her first career all-region spot with her all-around play in the midfield for the Yellow Jackets. The sophomore scored 16 goals, adding five assists for 21 points overall this season. Starting in all 19 games this season, the Mechanicsville native also controlled 92 draws and caused 17 turnovers for the Lemon and Black. The 92 draw controls rank as the fourth-most draw controls in a single season in program history. After her sophomore campaign, she ranks sixth all-time in career draw controls (172), sitting one draw control outside the top five. This accolade is added to the first team all-conference nod she received at the conclusion of the season.
