ASHLAND, Va. – D3Hoops.com has released the All-Region teams from the 2025-26 season and McKenzie Matheny (Fairfax Station, Va./West Springfield) was named to the third team for the second consecutive year.
 
Matheny had a phenomenal year to cap off a historical two-year career at Randolph-Macon. The senior earned her second consecutive All-ODAC first team award, after finishing third in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference in rebounds per game (10.0) and eighth in the conference in points per game (14.0). Both mark career-highs for the senior, as she also registered personal-bests in field goals made (165), free throws made (74) and assists (66). This season, she started all 29 games for RMC, logging 830 minutes. Thanks to her efforts, Randolph-Macon appeared in its 14th NCAA Tournament.
 
With her double-double in the first round of the NCAA Division III Tournament, Matheny finished the season with 16 double-doubles, trailing only Kelly Williams and Kaitlin Anderson for the most in a single season in program history.
