BALTIMORE, Md. - Randolph-Macon Men's Lacrosse completed the comeback on Saturday afternoon at a neutral site competition against Ursinus in Baltimore, Md.

How it Happened
- Ursinus opened up the scoring in the first thirty seconds of the game on an unassisted goal by Aidan Kirk. Two minutes later, Charlie Hilgartner (Severna Park, Md./Severn) added his first goal of the afternoon, leveling the game at one a piece. The Bears found offensive momentum midway through the first quarter, scoring back-to-back goals to take a 3-1 lead. With 6:35 left on the clock, senior attackman Matt Carter (Glen Allen, Va./Deep Run) connected with Logan Sinsebox (Monkton, Md./Hereford), cutting the Bears' lead to one goal. Jared Laskin connected with Daniel Rice to lift UC ahead by two goals with 5:07 left to go in the first quarter. Tyler Dyson (Culpepper, Va./Liberty) found the back of the net with just under two minutes left, bringing the Yellow Jackets within one goal,4-3.
- Three seconds into the start of the second quarter, Mike Allen (Williamsburg, Va./Jamestown) connected with Carter to level the score at 4-4. The Bears answered with a two-goal run to grab their third lead of the game. RMC answered the two-goal run with one of their own, scoring on goals by Carter and Hilgartner, evening the score at 6-6 with 12:33 to go in the first half. Ursinus tallied the next three goals to grab a three-goal lead, its largest lead of the game up to this point. After two goals from JT Harvey (Ruther Glen, Va./Riverbend) and Hilgartner, the Yellow Jackets found themselves down 9-8 with 2:39 left in the first half. The Bears added their tenth goal of the game right before the end of the half to go up 10-8 heading into the break.
- At the start of the second half, freshman defenseman Owen King (Fallston, Md./Fallston) got the ball from Nick Harrington (Mechanicsville, Va./Hanover) and buried the shot past UC keeper Colin Daroch, cutting the lead to 10-9. JJ Philips (Ramsey, N.J./Ramsey) cashed in on the extra-man opportunity with 5:51 left in the third quarter to tie the game at 10-10. Chris Bryant and Nick Pomajevich tallied two goals in a row for the Bears for a 12-10 lead with 2:48 left in the third. With 20 seconds left on the clock. Grant Sobel (Mechanicsville, Va./Christchurch) tallied the first goal of the Yellow Jackets' two-goal run. After an important faceoff by Will Robertson (Lutherville, Md./Calvert Hall), Allen scooped up the ground ball and found Sinsebox for the final goal of the quarter, equalizing the score at 12-12.
- RMC came into the final frame, recording the first shots. However, two minutes into the final frame, the Bears found the back of the net for their 13th goal of the afternoon, gaining a one-goal lead. RMC answered one minute later, when Senior LSM Brodie Kent (Coquitlam, Canada/Centennial) assisted Carter for his third goal of the afternoon, tying the game 13-13. Sobel gave the Yellow Jackets their first lead of the game with 3:04 left to play in the final frame. Peyton Rodriguez (Santa Barbara, Calif./Bishop Garcia Diego) added his name to the score sheet, putting the nail in the coffin with 10 seconds left to play in the game, completing the come-from-behind win,15-13.
