Head Coach Ray Hedrick has announced the addition of Eric Hill as an Assistant Coach in September 2025. He will primarily work with the infield group at RMC, coach first base and assist with recruiting efforts for the program.

"It is rare to find a person with the experience level of Eric Hill who is in your area and eager to support your program. Eric's eight years at the Division I level should only enhance our ability to develop players at an elite level. His daily presence and wisdom will elevate both our student-athletes and coaching staff," said Hedrick.

Prior to joining RMC, Hill served as Director of Player Development for the Richmond Spiders program for five seasons (2020-2022 & 2024-2025). He additionally supported the Spiders as an Operations Intern for three seasons (2017-2019).

A native of Hillsville, Va., Hill is a 1994 graduate of Longwood College and was a member of the 1991 baseball team that advanced to the final four of the Division II world series that year. His 1991 team was inducted into the Longwood Athletics Hall of Fame in 2011. Hill resides in Glen Allen, Va., with his wife (Kelly), son (Brandon) and daughter (Ainsley).
