GRANVILLE, Ohio. – Randolph-Macon Men's Golf posted a team score of 301 (+17) to place 6th overall, following an elite first round by
Charlie Wilkerson (Midlothian, Va./Midlothian) at the Ted Barclay Fall Invitational at the par-71, 6507 yard, Denison Golf Club on Saturday.

Individual Highlights
- Wilkerson ended the first round as the leader in the clubhouse, finishing with a 65 (-6). The sophomore finished with six birdies overall on the round, three on the front nine and three on the back.
- James Oh (Glen Allen, Va./Deep Run) carded a 77 (+6) in the opening round. The sophomore went two-over on the front nine and four-over on the back nine. Oh also recorded two birdies in the first round, sitting tied for 34th as an individual.
- Will Johnson (Blackstone, Va./Kenston Forest School) completed his opening round with a 79 (+8), using a stronger back nine to improve his round. He scored par on 12 of 18 holes in the opening round, as he sits 44th overall.
- Michael Schaal (Chapel Hill, N.C./Carolina Friends) finished with a 80 (+9), using a strong front nine. The junior scored par on seven of the first nine holes to begin his two round weekend.
- Luke Richardson (Davidsonville, Md./Archbishop Spalding) completed his opening round with a 81 (+10), scoring pars on seven of the 18 total holes.
- Kole Kohut (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) had an impressive day individually, shooting a 78 (+7). Kohut posted pars on 12 of the 18 overall holes, as the 40th best individual player for the Yellow Jackets.
