ASHLAND, Va. - Randolph-Macon College Athletics would like to formally welcome Justin Seplowe as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications. 
 
"We're ecstatic to welcome Justin to Randolph-Macon College as our new Assistant Director of Athletic Communications. His experience on the national stage such as the National Football League and Division I athletics via University of Maryland/Patriot League offices, along with his extensive involvement managing high level sporting events, makes him a prime addition to our team," said Director of Athletic Communications Zac Saylor.
 
From 2022-24, Justin served as a Sports Analyst and Writer for the Patriot League. In that role, he crafted press releases and media lists for diverse audiences, updated record books for all 24 conference sports, compiled academic awards, schedule information and contributed to the development of the league's Academic Honor Roll.
 
More recently, Justin worked for the National Football League, where he developed and proofed official communications including game notes, press releases and transactions. His time there also included synthesizing information for the NFL's flagship publications, such as the International Media Guides, Record and Fact Books and game programs for Super Bowls LVIII and LIX.
 
Before the Patriot League, Justin was a Strategic Communications and Content Development Assistant for the Maryland Terrapins, while he was finishing up his Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations.
