ASHLAND, Va. – College Sports Communicators (CSC) has announced the 2024-25 Academic All-District teams for Men's Basketball. Randolph-Macon is represented by two athletes.
 
Amr Areikat (Ramallah, Palestine/Langley) and Theo Antinori (Asheville, N.C./Rabun Gap) each see their name on the list for the first time. Areikat is a business major with a concentration in finance and economics, while Antinori is an economics major. To be eligible, a player must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA or higher as well as playing in at least 90% of team games or start 66% of them.
 
Under head coach Josh Merkel, RMC went 24-5 overall and reached the round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament.
